We currently ship to destinations within the United States and Canada 🇺🇸🇨🇦. All orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays 📅). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day ⏭️.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination address, package weight, and dimensions ⚖️. Customers will be presented with available shipping options prior to completing their purchase 💰.
Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout 📧🔍. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to reflect in the carrier's system after the shipment has been dispatched ⏳.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather conditions ⛈️, or other force majeure events 🚛.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer 📮❌, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for reshipment 🔄.
